HUD for 2023 Model Y

So I’m on the hunt for a HUD for my 2023 Model Y. Night drives are driving me crazy because I keep getting sidetracked by the touchscreen. I’m thinking a Heads Up Display would be way better so I can stay focused on the road. Got any recommendations for something that’s good, affordable, and a breeze to install?
