My wife’s back has been killing her lately, and it turns out my 2023 Model Y doesn’t have lumbar support on the passenger seat anymore. Apparently, they dropped it in 2021 since not many folks used it to justify the extra cost. It’s really frustrating because we need it now for her comfort. I asked Tesla if I could score an older seat with lumbar support, but they shut me down. Anyone have any ideas on how I might find one?
