Modding the Model X Rear Door Emergency Release

I really don’t like how Tesla set up the rear door emergency releases. They’re super hidden and hard to find in a pinch. I'm thinking of adding a more visible and accessible manual release lever. Has anyone tried this before? Found a good option that sits flat and is easy to grab?
