Okay. Just had my Model Y aligned, and it turns out the camber was outside the recommended range. The shop mentioned it could be due to slight suspension settling, but it feels odd for a relatively new vehicle. Has anyone else faced this? Did Tesla adjust it under warranty, or did you have to go to a third party?

I know that some owners have been able to get alignment issues covered under warranty (of course, because it was under specific conditions, which I bet you already know). But I also know Tesla has refused to do the alignement under warranty in other cases. In such a situation, I guess going to a third-party shop instead would be the best option.

Suspension settling can happen, but it’s surprising on a newer car. Tesla might cover it under warranty if it’s a manufacturing issue. Did the shop recommend any action?

If Tesla’s not gonna cover it, I’d say hit up a reputable third-party shop. They’re usually easier on the wallet and should be able to handle it no problem.
