Cigarette Lighter Power for 50W Ham Radio?

So I’m thinking about hooking up my 50W mobile ham rig through the cigarette lighter socket. Anyone tried this? I'm worried about the total power draw being around 110W. Is this gonna fry my car's electrical system or what?

I'm using QB25 Pro Quad 50W. I'm using the cigarette lighter port. No problems so far.
