Frustrating experience with the Brooklyn service center

I took my car to the Brooklyn service center for a headliner replacement after a defective roof glass swap. When I picked up my car, I noticed multiple scratches, dirty fingerprints, and an improperly secured headliner. What's worse is that after the repair, the car started leaking water during rain, leaving my car soaked. The headliner doesn’t even connect to the glass, and the door seal is loose. I’m at a loss, my car, less than two months old, is ruined, and the next appointment isn’t until February 12th. I regret ever trusting this repair.
