Hannshow power Frunk disaster

I just installed a Hannshow powered frunk and it's been a nightmare! There's this annoying bulge that keeps moving around with each replacement part. It started on one side, then the other, and now it's back to the original side but smaller. Hannshow customer service has been okay, but I'm losing patience. Anyone had this issue with the Hannshow power frunk before?

My colleagues recently switched to Satonic after having problems with Hansshow. You might want to look into Satonic.
