Model Y USB Cable Extension

Anyone figure out a way to run a USB cable from the center console to outside the car with both doors closed? I have a 2021 Model Y, and it’s a pain opening the doors all the time. Any DIY solutions?

I was able to purchase a single strand cable and installed it between the doors, which I then closed. There's a small gap, but it's not an issue for me.
