MYP Tire EV01s or TSportlines?

I'm about to take delivery of a new MYP and need tire advice! I'm torn between EV01 wheels and TSportlines. I want a good all-around tire for range, comfort, and handling, with decent winter performance. Any recommendations for a tire that can handle snow and ice occasionally, but still be good for daily driving? I'm open to suggestions. Also, what's the biggest tire I can fit on EV01s without sacrificing curb rash protection or winter performance? Any input is appreciated!

Any winter tire as long as it has a thick sidewall will do. 19s or 20s are good.
