Oil leakage on Model Y

What is the best thing to do in case of an oil leak? I just found some on the ground like it came from the rear axle, and some signs of it under carriage. Is this alarming? What could be the cause/issue? Thanks!

You sure that’s not just AC water drip, or nah?

You sure that’s not just AC water drip, or nah?

If the leak is coming from the back of the car, it’s pretty unlikely to be related to the AC system.
