So I swapped out the puddle lights on my 2022 Model Y with some new aftermarket ones, but now they’re acting up. Only two of them light up at once, and the backlights pop on when I shut the front door. Anyone else had this glitch? Got any bright ideas to fix this mess?

That’s a bummer! I had a similar issue when I swapped the lights on my old car. I upgraded to some fancy LED lights, but they ended up flickering and acting all weird. Turns out, I just needed to reset the electrical connections. Have you tried double-checking the wiring? Sometimes, it’s just a loose connection causing the glitch. If that doesn’t work, you might want to consider going back to the stock ones to see if it fixes the problem.

I can relate with this, when I swapped out my puddle lights too, they started acting weird, lighting up inconsistently and causing other lights to flicker. It was so crazy, man.

That’s super weird, it sounds like it could be a wiring or power issue with the new lights. You can try finding out which specific one is causing the glitch by swapping the lights back one by one.
