I'm into modding my 2023 Model Y! I've got a monitor upgrade but all the swivel kits seem to chop off valuable screen space. Anyone found a full-size solution? Also, I'm planning a few OBD gadget upgrades, but will the port handle multiple devices?

Lots of add-ons use a short adapter that connects between the existing wiring and the new device. These adapters often involve tapping into signal wires, which can be risky if not done correctly. I highly doubt Tesla will support these types of modifications though.

If you’re into modding, you’ll love diving into the OBD mods and upgrades. The port can technically handle multiple devices, but make sure to use a high-quality OBD splitter or hub to avoid overloading it. The cheap ones can damage your electricals. As for the screen swivel kits, some brands are now offering full-range motion kits that maintain the original screen size, check out Hansshow’s newer models. They’re pricey but worth it if you want to keep that full display.
