I’m curious if anyone had this experience with Tesla’s service. I sent a service request for my Model Y through the app and was scheduled for mobile service. I even got emails, one confirming the appointment and another asking me to take a "satisfaction survey" after the service.
But a couple of days before the scheduled date, I checked the app, and my appointment was just... gone. No notification, no explanation, just disappeared. Trying to figure out what happened has been frustrating, to say the least.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how did you handle it? I love my Tesla, but this lack of communication makes the service process so frustrating.

- There’s no way to talk to an actual person. I called Tesla’s main number and my local service center, but all I got were automated responses telling me to check the app or website.
- On the website, I managed to get to a chat interface, but the "Chat with Us" button was disabled, yes, I tried during their listed chat hours.
Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how did you handle it? I love my Tesla, but this lack of communication makes the service process so frustrating.
